Issue:
Can't have black background in Creo when making PVZ files.
Issue description:
• PVZ's can't be viewed.
Steps to reproduce issue:
• Create an MBD model with the Creo background set to black and then publish a PVZ file.
Expected result:
Make the PVZ publish function (batch file) work even with a black background, text and line color, so PVZ is visible.
The background color should not matter what it is for a PVZ file to be created and viewed properly. Each user should be able to have whatever color they want in Creo and be able to publish a good PVZ file.
