There is an autobackup option in Elements\Direct Drafting (System - Save - Auto Save Drawing). This can be configured to save a "autobackup.mi" file, preiodically at a pre-determined time.
Can this functionality be enhanced to store more than one file?
For example if the backup is set to store avery 10 mins an "autobackup.mi" file is created every 10 minutes, overwriting the previous "autobackup.mi".
I would like this enhanced, so the user can decide how many "autobackup.mi" files you would like with the oldest being overwritten with the newest.
i.e. Save every 10 minutes using 3 files. In this case, you would have 3 backup files spanning a 30 minute window:
"autobackup_1.mi" - 09:00
"autobackup_2.mi" - 09:10
"autobackup_3.mi" - 09:20
The next save would overwrite the 09:00 file:-
"autobackup_2.mi" - 09:10
"autobackup_3.mi" - 09:20
"autobackup_1.mi" - 09:30
This gives the user much more security when working in Drafting.
