It is currently not possible in the fluent user interface to change the properties of a note text line after it has been created.
Example: change the appearance of the arrow. You can do this by using the command CHANGE_LEADER_ARROW_SIZE in the command line.
It is possible to set the properties used to create a note text line and then to create one with these properties, but it should be made possible (via right mouse button properties) to be able to change the properties of a note text line after it has been created.
