The current functionality is that when a repeat region on a bom table is changed from one simplified rep to another, the custom bom balloon symbol is reverted back to the default. This is an issue since:
1 - it shouldn't reset since we use custom balloons and the default creo one is incorrect
2 - what if that table is not using the default balloon symbol that other tables are using
3 - the “default_bom_balloon_type” dtl option does not work if the symbol is not already in the drawing itself. Since we use formats, we can't load symbols into our drawing for the option to work.
