When you create a combined states you can rename it and then put it in a specific order (example : Section - front view - Left view)

 

But after a PVZ export, combined states are saved in the alphabetical order (example : front - left - section) so the PVZ format lose the order we want to display combined states.

 

Creo should export combined states order correctly with a PVZ export (for the MBD definition)
