Combined states order after a STEP AP242 export

Combined states order after a STEP AP242 export

When you create a combined states you can rename it and then  put it in a specific order (example : Section - front view - Left view)

But after a STEP AP242 export, combined states are saved in the alphabetical order (example : front - left - section) so the STEP export lose the order we want to display combined states.

Creo should export combined states order correctly with a STEP AP242 export (part of the MBD definition)

Agreed, STEP should export it as defined, not just geometry and annotations, but states, as well.

That might be a limitation that is not in the control of PTC. To avoid that we added numbers in front of the name of the combined states.
