Create a corner blend transition similar to Catia blended corner. This improvement is really important for us.
We use AutoForm to validate our process, and the flexibility to manipulate the radius in critical zones is really important, but we need to maintain the geometrical approximation within tolerance.
We also fully design our client parts in our cad systems to avoid problems in creating and offsetting the master surfaces, used to form cut forming dies/punches during the tool development. The corner sphere transition in creo is nowhere near the mathematical solution presented in our client automotive parts that massively uses Catia. We aren´t allowed to design/change the product that much.
