Create Drawing Detail Option for Controlling Section/View Letter Font Style

The default view text height and thickness can be controlled by the detail options def_view_text_height and def_view_height_thickness, however there is no option to set the default font style (reference Case 12825374). To increase drawing aesthetics and readability, it is desirable for the section and view letters to have the bold appearance of the "filled" font style:

However, without the availability of a mechanism for setting the font style by default, changing the font style is a manual change to the properties for every section/view letter, which is time consuming and error-prone. An option for setting the section/view font to a different style than the default font would improve efficiency and readability of the drawing content.

In addition to the Section and View font names being Filled Text, we need a config option for the Section Line letters to be Filled as well please.

Font and style for ALL lettering should have separate setting options in a .DTL file as well as interactively.

Section and zone callouts as well as the lettering used for those callouts, should have separate setting options.
