Create a config in Creo for the PDMLink-login window should pop-up or not.

When starting Creo/Elements Pro and Creo with Windchill PDMLink 10.x connected the login-window for PDMLink poppes up first when you open or click on the work space symbol. Please create a config.pro setting for the login-window so it can be choosen to pop-up directly on upstart or not.
