In the adoption section gadgets there are none about users.

Existing gadget about sessions is not enough because a user may open more than one session per day, but I want to know how many people use Creo every day.

I agree.

Moreover I wish to have the ability to choose the time period like:

  • USERS PER DAY (LAST WEEK)
  • USERS PER DAY (LAST 10-20-30 DAYS)

Total & Average reported like in the gadget "SESSION COUNTS" (LAST 20 DAYS)

Ah.  So in each gadget you want to set the time period.  Got it.  That would be nice.

Yes,

but they talked about HW support.

I think could be something like advise to update graphic card driver or add more RAM or something like that.

That would definitely be nice.  But that should be a simple check for them.  They can check what version of the graphics driver is installe and match it against their officially supported version list.

The graphics information is one of the sections they list in the Performance Advisor dashboard.  But I just looked at mine and the Name, Vendor, and Driver all have N/A.

FYI, we opened a case (# 12738223) with Customer Support because:

"... No Graphics Card data are shown at all despite the data are available in the system_info.xml file sent ."

They have noticed that some hosts at PTC have the same issue, so they opened SPR 4784352 for R&D to investigate
