Create a shortcut "Select Working Directory" when right-clicking a Common Folder

Create a shortcut "Select Working Directory" when right-clicking a Common Folder

Idea : You start working on a project, right-click on the folder in the Common Folders to set it as the working directory, then left-click to open this folder and the part/asm.

Currently, you have to open the folder, go back one directory, right-click on the desired directory to set it as the working directory, then go back in it.

We can define some directories we frenqueltly use as Common Folders, but when selecting them, it's impossible to directly define one of them as the working directory.

I agree totally.  I have no use for Common Folders now without the ability to set the working directory.  We don't have a PDM system and the only way to be sure every assembly or drawing is always going to find all its models is to change the working directory FIRST and load the config.pro file in it before opening any models.  That config.pro will add any search paths necessary for that project.

Current functionality is to dig down in the folder structure to the project folder and right mouse click, select Set Working Directory.  Should be easy to give the same functionality in the Common Folder window.

I agree, but I use a Mapkey to set my Working Directory into a default work folder.

My work folder contains others folders as daily works, projects unfinished or unrevised ....
