We are seeing random behavior when our users are saving models. Sometimes the model file history gets truncated to the point of the current save. We, and R&D, are struggling to find the cause. If Creo can create an error for the user, we can inform the users to stop when they see this error and tell us; so we can figure it out at the time of truncation. Otherwise, we don't know about the truncation until much later. The trail files don't seem to help us either.
