Create an option to Output all Operations CL data

I would like to see an option to Output all Operations under the Save a CL file tab.  Many projects have multiple operations and each operation may take a few minutes to output.  In order to efficiently output all of them, you need to stay attached to the computer and output each one individually.  I would use an "Output All Operations" button most every day.
