Creo Elements Direct Modeling load from Model Manager or from PKG format

When loading assemblies from Model Manager or from PKG format, Creo Elements Direct Modeling stops loading if EMPTY or CORRUPTED files are inside assembly structure.

It can be useful if CEDModeling should continue to load all other parts and subassemblies giving a warning message insted of stop.

This is standard behavior in Creo Parametric or 3D Cads in general.
