Creo Ideas be defaulted to "New Ideas " not "Hot Ideas"

When clicking on the Creo Ideas, have the default be "New Ideas" that have been put forth instead of "Hot Ideas".

And the definition of "Hot" ideas seems to be rather arbitrary.

Maybe it is an algorithm utilizing views, kudos and pixie dust.
