DXF export from Annotation should respect the sheet scale

When an Annotation drawing with a sheet scale that is not 1:1 is exported to a DXF file then when that file is imported (e.g. into Drafting) then the scale is not respected - it appears in the scale 1:1

It should be ensured that such a drawing is exported to a DXF file that respects this sheet scale.

I solved the issue editing dxfgwg\DXFDWG.con:

KeepTopScale              ON

in Drafting.

I think that is the same problem for Modeling.

Even setting "KeepTopScale ON" in both the dxfdwg.con for Drafting and for Annotation does not solve the problem.

Seemingly this setting is either ignored in the dxfdwg.con for Annotation or it is ignored in the dxfdwg.con for Drafting (or possibly in both!).

Whatever the cause, it is not possible to transfer the sheet scale from an Annotation drawing into a Drafting drawing when using DXF.
