The ideia is to have a new option in the config.pro that allows the users to stop the generation of trail file (generate_trail_file = NO). The main reason is that when opening or retrieving large assemblies the performance of CREO can be better without creating log files (trail.txt.1). I believe that this can improve the perfomance of CREO significantly.
