It will be useful to add config option to change default palette of appearances library.
Good Idea for new users who want to prepare Creo Parametric interface by yourself.
It's possible to change the "my apperances" - so you can copy the one you want to be default into your "my appearances"Somehow.
For new appearance file, there is a config setting:
global_appearance_file ---> suppose to set the location for the appearance file.
but somehow is not working. It is still pointing to the one from the loadpoint.
