Suppose you have in your model a sketch or a cosmetic sketch that you show on a drawing view to illustrate / explain / clarify / label an aspect of your design.
In my case, I was manually labeling a bunch of holes of different type drilled into a side of a plate - "A", "B", "C" using a cosmetic sketch and text entities.
In the drawing view, it didn't look quite right - some of the labels had to be moved to get out of the way of dimension witness lines etc...
No big deal, but I had to switch back to the part-modeling mode, edit the sketch, then switch back to the drawing / regenerate and see if it looked better.
It would have been very helpful to be able to directly edit a sketch that has been shown on a drawing view.
I envision in the drawing mode, right-clicking on the sketch in the model tree and then activating "Edit Definition"; then selecting the view where the sketch is shown; at this point, the sketcher toolbar would show up and you'd be directly editing the sketch "overlaid" on the drawing sheet.
Do you think if this was possible, then people would stop using the excellent sketching tools available in the drawing mode ?
