Drawing Dual Dimension Alignment & the Blank Space

Correct the detailing module so that dual dimensions have the correct alignment and do not include an extra space following the value display. This behavior can be see either when placing a reference dimension their is a space between the right end of the value and the ending parantesis or when the dimension is placed to the left of the leader, the primary and secondary dimension values show the upper value as being left aligned and not right aligned
