Need to constraint or fix the distance between two view..

For Example : Please find below snapshot for reference

I had modeled a shaft of 100 Dia and 1000 mm length and placed same in drawing with  scale factor of 0.15

but when i reduced it size to 100 mm length  views get merged.

My concern is that views should maintain some specified horizontal distance between them and should not get merged.
