Dual dimensioning - primary decimal inches, secondary fractional inches

I've got a customer who requires drawings that have dual dimensions.  The primary units are decimal inches, the secondary units are fractional inches.  The functionality to do fractional inches with decimal millimeters is already there.  The functionality to do fractional inches is already there.  I think it would be a good idea to combine the two.
