The image below shows that dual dimensions with ISO tolerances have the primary and secondary values unaligned.
In this example the orientation is set to 'parallel_to_and_above_leader'.
The dimensions are neither left or centre justified. The primary value is further to the left than the secondary and is more pronounced when a prefix such as a diameter symbol is added.
For nominal value dimensions, selecting or unselecting the tick box for 'ISO Tolerance Display Style' alternates between left and centre justified. However this does not work for toleranced dimensions.
