Easier section view

Could be more simple. Why not do it on the drawing? instead of the need to open the model.

Take a look at Solidworks way of making it. More simple, takes less time.

click were you want the cut.

click were you want the view.

done!

Doing the section cuts in the drawing is how Pro/E used to work. The draw back is this does not work well for those doing MBD models for sharing.

I believe you still can do drawing section views, at least in Creo 2.
