Enable Note Parameter Type in Drawings

Enable Note Parameter Type in Drawings

Currently there is no means by which to save lengthy data (which includes carriage returns for formatting) as a Note type parameter in a drawing.

I understand there is a workaround for pointing a drawing parameter to a model note, but this sort of rigging is not straightforward and is a lot of extra work.

My company uses three CAD programs in addition to Creo, which can all do this, but not Creo....yet.

We want to use the Note file attribute type for lengthy material, finish and process requirements specified on the drawing (which often have a long list of alternates and/or processing steps) so that we do not have to change the model also if/when these requirements change.

I should also mention that this data must be available for capture by our PLM system, which is why it must be a parameter.
