Enable Zoom-to functionality

In very large assemblies finding your way around the model tree can be painfull. The coloring is helpful for sure but it would be even better if you could just RMB/Zoom to on a component. Also if you had items in the selection buffer you could RMB/Zoom to to resize the screen to those selections.

Zoom Selected is the correct nomenclature as this functionality is available in ProductView, but suprisingly not in Creo Parametric
