Geometric Tolerances with leader pointing to the witness line of a vertical orientated dimension should be able to have a vertical oriented text.

Meaning; text in line with dimension arrow, no jog.

Could be a subcategory of placement in Dimension, instead of 'under dimension' or 'under value'  the new one 'next to dimension'

This is already offered in several other CAD programs. It surprises me that Creo is unable to do this.
