Enhance the measure tool: minimum and maximum distance in a specified direction. For example the minimum and maximum dimension between two eccentric circular surfaces or a set of surfaces. The user should be able to specify the direction of the measurement for instance by picking a line, a plane, axis, coord. system, default coord. system, delta x, delta y, delta z, or choose horizontal or vertical.
NB: the ask functionality is different from the current projection option in the measure tool.
