There's a number of active suggestions but I figured I'd try to create a more generic one that people can add to in the comments and try to unify the requests. ProToolkit has very poor coverage in Creo Simulate and that is where I spend most of my time. Missing basic features include: Export batch run for native analysis, retrieve analyses in the model and check if they are valid (have active loads/constraints), create new analyses in FEM and native mode, accessing/deleting the FEM mode mesh after running fem export.
Other requests I've seen- retrieve simplified rep on sub-assembly component instance, retrieving information for PRO_EDGE_END_PNT.
