When we create a "3D drawing" (no 2D drawing expected) with several Combined Views, it's impossible to generate a neutral standard format with all informations from each Combined View. e.g. cross-section, exploded view/unexplodes, colors, simplified representation, ...

My proposal is to have the capability to export each Combined View in one neutral standard format. e.g. : 1 main view + 5 Combined View = 6 STEP formats (or JT, 3D PDF, ...)

The objective is to allow the LOng Term ARchiving for full 3D definitions.

Reformulating the idea :

Context is to get rid of 2D drawing and use 3D Environement functionalities (Annotate Tab and Combined Views) to generate views with Dims, 3D notes, Symbols, GTOL...

The need is <<to generate a Step file or any other format for each Combined View with one export click operation>>
