Add the ability to flip an aligned constraint.
Many times, when assembling a part by mounting holes, the second hole set is aligned in the wrong direction. The aligned constraint must be disabled to rotate the part ~180 degrees and then enabled.
Also, I would prefer that when placing the part the aligned constraint defaults to the position where the references are closest.
