Fix and Improve Creo Parametric Simulate (mechanica) Results Window Legend

1. Allow double click on results window legend min and max values to change cut off values.

2. Fix issue of Results Window Legend not retaining Upper and Lower Limit Values that were set (cut off values) for the following changes to the results window...
    - When hidding or showing components in the results window for assemblies the legend resets the limit values

    - when changing from vm to maxP stress the results window legend resets the limit values that were previously entered

agree entirely with this ... however the whole process of legend alteration needs stream lining ...

+ clicking on the max & min legend values does allow you to edit them in CREO3

    - to accept the new number you have to click in the body of the window and answer a dialog

    - what a weird way of exiting the edit - whats wrong with just RETURN

+ the legend should be double clickable to go directly to Format>Edit (Edit Legend), same with axes on graphs etc etc

+ as with all the Results window controls, the changes should stick and not get wiped out by any result window update.

none of this appears to be fixed in CREO4
