Fix annotation of a two sided weld with unequal lengts.

You can create a two sided weld with unequal lengths within one feature. But the annotation that is created is incorrect. The displayed length in the symbol is total weld length (side 1 + side 2) divided by 2. While the symbol should just display the length on arrow side weld above the annotation line and the length on the other side below the annotation line.

PTC says it's intended behavior and their solution is that you should 2 separate weld features and combine them using the combine feature. So you have to create 3 features where it simply could be one.
