Fix existing piping components

Current set of default piping components/fittings located at  <creo_load_directory>/text/piping_data/fittinglib/ are valid for Spec-Driven Piping only.

These fitting parts are missing datum points witch would enable their use in manual piping. Secondly these fittings have naming conflict in instances.

I have also noticed some issues with some of PTC's default fittings missing datum points and having a conflict withthe instances. 

My company CadActive has a product RsysConfig that makes Spec-Driven Piping easier using automation. One of the tools of this product is the Fitting GUI which automatically creates the required datums (planes and points) based on the "in/out/branch" entry ports along with the needed parameters on the ports and in the fitting PRT itself.
