Every day I need to flat complex sheet metal parts, and always need 3rd party software to make this. I saw that Autodesk inventor is doing well in this. Creo should have a similar thing.

Another possibility is to having inbuilt software like Fastform.

Sheet metal module has the unbend command.

Not for complex sheet metal parts, and with some reliable results
