Currently when you have a model (with flat to screen annotations) exported in STEP AP242, the flat to screen annotation isn't correctly saved.

Indeed when you the STEP AP242 the annotation can move with the part so this no longer a "flat to screen" annotation.

Creo should export flat to screen annotation correctly in STEP AP242 (part of the MBD Definition)
