Currently, if you set the config "show_geom_checks_on_creation", it will only popup a warning message when the feature is FIRST created. However, if there is no geometry check when it was created, rather the geometry check got added later during an edit definition, it does NOT inform the user via the option popup.
R&D says that all new development work for notifications should really be to the new Notification Center. Therefore, this 'idea' is to have the Notification Center flag geometry checks, regardless of when or how it was created. I would like to add that there should be an option which differentiates between notifying a user in the assembly; whether the geometry error occurred within a part or via an assembly cut. I would prefer if people weren't notified about a geometry check for a small piece of a car, if they are working in the car assembly. However, if they are working in that part, then they SHOULD get the warning/error message.
