Handles to manipulate dimensions & witness lines in Creo 2.0

With Creo 2.0, some handles have disappeared of certain 2D elements like dimensions and witness lines (still OK for notes moves).

The handles have been replaced by combining moves and SHIFT   and/or   CTRL   and/or    ALT  or other right click actions (create witness line for example).

We have lost the visual possibilities of modifications like in Creo/Elements Pro 5.0 drawings.

We would very much appreciate to have ALL the 2D handles back in Creo 2.0.

SHIFT manipulation can be maintained for “usual” horizontal or vertical (and 45°) moves.

Asking for handles in Creo 2.0 is in complement to Olivier Coupat's idea "way to move notes and dimension should be the same".The way to move notes and dimension should be the same

Looking at Creo 4.0 and higher I could not find a single movement type that you could not achieve with the available handles. Is this idea is still relevant? 

I feel that it was resolved with Creo 4.0
