Now for hide component of subassembly in top assembly you have to use layers or simplified representation. If you try to hide component of subassembly by button "hide" (RMB) in the tree of top assembly it will hide component in subassembly and it is so inconveniently. It will be cool to have two buttons - "hide in assembly level" and just "hide" (in subassembly level).
