Hold gadgets position if a user make a dashboard page refresh (F5 browser button)

When you move the gadgets in dashboard, they return in the old position every time data are refreshed (F5 button).

Same issue when you hit F5 to refresh data in a page already opened.

If you set a range for start and end date different from default, hitting F5 the range return to default value.

I think this idea has been implemented in the Dashboard page, but not for sessions or users.
