At the moment it is not possible to create a hole table with holes from a part in a assembly drawing. After selecting the coordinate system, PTC CREO 4 will say "No items founds". It also is not possible to select a coordinate system which is in a part from a assembly.
My feedback is to add the functionality to create a hole table in a assembly from holes which are located in a part.
