How to submit a claim to tech support

In your list of "How-to's" on the PTC Community Help page, you should have a How to submit a claim/file/bug report/whatever to tech support with steps walking you through how to do this so that those who need to, can follow these instruction and submit items to help improve the software.

Something a simple as Doug Schaefer recently posted in a response to me:

It's less than obvious, like so much that PTC does.

1. Go to the ptc.com home page. 
2. Click "Support" on the main menu and "Technical Support" on the drop down. 
3. Click the "Contact Support" button. 
4. Click "Open A Case Online" in the pop up dialog.
