I want a shortcut key of "Rotate VP Axis +xx" "Rotate VP Axis -xx".

Better to exist by default.

Hi,

you can try the arrow keys.

Every push turns 45° left or right; up or down.

If you push and hold the shift in the same time it turns by 3°
