Identify Annotations that have no semantic references defined

Identify Annotations that have no semantic references defined

There currently is no function for identifying annotations without defined references.  The 'Annotation Status' column in the model tree informs you when annotations are: Excluded, Missing References (defined, existing references), Failed, or Unconverted. This feature does not inform you of annotations that have no defined references at all.

Hi @RyanWilson

There are several MBD Model checks that were added around Creo 6. One of those checks allows you to query for annotations that don't have at least one surface listed for them. I believe that this is what you were looking for.

the name of the check is: ANNTN_MISSING_SURF_REF

Here is some info about it: https://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_pma/r9.0/usascii/index.html#page/model_analysis/modelcheck/an...

Adding the relevant PM for Modelcheck, for visibility @IRoggeveen
