Hi,
it could be a real advantage if CREO Layout is able to import predefined views(e.g FRONT,TOP,RIGHT)similar to cross sections from a CREO Parametric model.
This idea was raised very often by customers in CREO Layout demos.
Benefits:
-Very easy way to generate concept drawings
-It´s not necessary to create a drawing in CREO parametric only to make views available in CREO Layout
-Sometimes it´s easier to work from a complete view instead of a cross section
-Views from different Assembly could be assembled in 2d to get concept assemblys for proposials, inquiry etc.
