Add a check box to specify inertia relief (PARAM, INREL, -2) to the GUI.  Also, there is an error in the current exporter where it doesn't write out a new subcase for an analysis that only contains a gravity load.  Since a subcase can only have 1 LOAD= declaration, it effectively overwrites the load for the previous subcase/analysis.

Also, it uses the comma separated format and occasionally uses more than 8 characters for values which does not work in several Nastran viewers/editors.  Please make sure all output is 8 char format compatible.
