Improve Obround bend relief feature

Create a new bend relief option or allow the Obround feature to be extended to the bend edges to create a clean relief.

The Obround bend relief is a popular bend relief but CREO creates a rather ugly relief and many prefer to use three extra features to create a clean relief.
