Improve sketch constraints

Sketch dimension constraints looks, not so productive. We can't see the dimension until we apply it, and if it's not what we need, we need to delete it, and then make a new one.

When we create a fillet in sketch environment, some dimensions disappear, we need to create them again.

I think sketch needs some improvements, to ensure CREO productivity. Remember that every feature, needs a sketch!

Here is one example, that needs improvment. I have drawn the following geometrie.

After draw a filet between the 2 lines, one dimension disappeared, and there is a new weak dimension.

I would also add that it should be improved the "stationarity" of the dimensions. It often occurs dimensions "fly away" when you rotate the visual (especially the regular ones).

You are right, also the dimension position should remain the same, unless the user change it.

Also, even if the sketch is not for final dimensions presentation as a drawing, it would be nice to allow to select several dimensions and with a right click align them all, or aligning them to a snap line. This would improve the aspect of having "floating" or the "flying" dimensions.
