Improve spec. driven piping for enhanced handling of hoses (flexible pipes)

Today the handling of hoses (flexible pipes) is very poor in specification driven mode.

Please make some enhancements, i. e.:

• Possibility to route two or more hoses based on another hose (tangential touching for package of hoses):
• Possibility to change the routing direction of a segment:
  
• Possibility to create a straight "pipeline", but then use angled fittings at the ends:
