We don't want to give the possibility to create Varied Items in this case. The base model must remain the absolute reference.
More simple, we need the benefit of the Ext Inheritance Cut Out, Merge or Intersect feature to show annotations but without the ability to create Varied Items.
Base Model used as reference to create the Merge / Inheritance feature.
Final Model with External Cut out, not possible to show annotations from base Model.
